Building is a sign of growth, and we're excited that our Kids Campus is under construction. This new building has been designed specifically for our children. Not only will it give them a space of their own, including an indoor playground, but it also provides additional security and the convenience of having them in one primary location, located adjacent to our sanctuary. Completion is projected for the Fall of 2017.
Due to our current construction, our parking is somewhat limited. However, it is our desire and intent to make it as easy as possible for you to come and worship with us. There are several options: there is a parking lot located in the front of the main church building and another lot on the north part of our campus which is accessed by following the main drive by the church sign. These lots both have adequate handicap parking spaces. In addition, there is some parking on the south side of the church, as well as in the rear of the church property.
The main entrance to our auditorium is through the doors in front of our church building. There are also several other ways to enter the building that may be more convenient to your parking place. If you park in the lot on the north side of the main building, you may want to use the carport entrance. Because of the construction going on at this time, if you park in either the south or rear lot, you will need to come through or between the buildings to get into the church building. There are usually plenty of people around who can direct you.
We have many opportunities for children, all the way from infancy through the elementary years! Nursery care is available for babies and toddlers during every service. There are age-appropriate Sunday School and Junior Church classes for 2-year-olds through fifth graders, as well as programs during the Sunday night and Wednesday night services.
SOME COMMON QUESTIONS
what is your worship style?
Our worship is intentionally God-centered, not entertainment-driven. In keeping with that, our music includes various styles from Modern to Traditional, with an emphasis on scriptural content. In order to facilitate the musical giftedness of our members, most of our worship services incorporate our choir and orchestra and a praise team, as well as soloists, small groups and ensembles. The preaching of the Word of God is done in an expository way that turns our focus to the Lord Jesus Christ, what He has done for us, and what our response should be to Him. The purpose of Bible preaching and teaching is not only for increasing knowledge but for application to our daily living.
what should i wear?
Most of our congregation dress in 'Business Casual.' However, you will see some men in suits and ties and some ladies in dresses or skirts. Others will come more casually dressed. You are certainly welcome to 'come as you are.'
how does someone become a member?
If, after several visits, you believe the Lord is directing you to become a part of our church family, we would love to talk with you about that. One of the best ways to get detailed information about our church and to get answers to any questions you may have is through our Prospective Members class. This is an eight-week class taught by our Senior Pastor on Sundays from 9:15am-10:15am.
